痕量元素作为海洋浮游生物必需的微量营养物质以及环境变化的指示剂,其稳定同位素组成展现出示踪物源和约束生物地球化学过程的潜力。然而,海水溶解态痕量元素浓度极低,采样和分析易受外界污染和高盐基质干扰,海洋环境同位素体系仍处于初步构建阶段。
在国际上较早针对热液系统和大洋海水中Fe、Cr、Re元素的同位素地球化学行为进行了探索。现主要方向是结合现场采样与控制实验分析,拓展海洋痕量元素(包括“人为元素”)的同位素示踪意义,以期为古海洋、气候变化和环境问题研究提供新的视角。
课题组将提供超净实验室、高精度同位素测试平台(依托南方海洋实验室)及海上调查机会,学生将系统学习已建立的一系列分析方法
