The 3rd Annual Conference of Marine System Science

I Conference Background

To strengthen marine science and technology innovation, promote international cooperation and exchange among various systems, institutions, and disciplines in marine research, and advance the development of marine scientific research, building on the success of the previous two Annual Conference of Marine System Science of Sun Yat-sen University, the third annual conference is scheduled to be held from October 17-20, 2025, at the Zhuhai Campus of Sun Yat-sen University. The conference is co-hosted by Sun Yat-sen University and the Southern Marine Science and Engineering Guangdong Laboratory (Zhuhai), and organized by the Southern Marine Science and Engineering Guangdong Laboratory (Zhuhai).

Experts, scholars, student representatives, and industry colleagues from universities and research institutions in multiple countries and regions will gather in Zhuhai to engage in in-depth discussions and exchange ideas on cutting-edge scientific issues in the field of marine system science. We sincerely look forward to the participation of professional institutions and individuals engaged in marine science and related fields from around the world to jointly explore pathways for scientific research innovation and chart the future of the discipline together!

Format

Invited talks, oral presentations, and poster sessions.

The recommended slide size for invited and oral presentations is 16:9. Please use Microsoft Office 2021. Copy your presentation to the conference computer in the respective session room at least 30 minutes before the start of your session.

Posters should be printed by the participants themselves, size: 0.8m * 1.8m. Backboards and tape will be provided. Please bring your printed poster and put it up in advance.
