个人简介:

Personal Profile:

宋贵霆获得德国汉堡大学气象学和中国科学院大学物理海洋学双博士,于2020年和2023年分别获得浙江省省级和国家级人才称号,从事新能源气象预报、海上气象导航、海洋防灾减灾、电网气象预报、水力发电和航空气象预报的研究,积累了丰富的科研与应用经验,特别是在提高风、辐照、降雨和闪电等预报参数的精准度方面取得了较大突破,是海洋气象预报在(海上)新能源、防灾减灾、水力发电、航海、航空,智慧城市等方面的专家

Guiting Song obtained dual Ph.D. degrees in Meteorology from the University of Hamburg, Germany, and in Physical Oceanography from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. He was awarded provincial-level talent recognition in Zhejiang Province in 2020 and national-level talent recognition in 2023. Primarily engaged in research on meteorological forecasting for renewable energy, marine weather routing, ocean disaster prevention and mitigation, grid weather forecasting, hydropower generation forecasting, and aviation weather forecasting. Extensive experience has been accumulated in both scientific research and practical applications, with significant breakthroughs achieved in improving the accuracy of forecast parameters such as wind, solar irradiance, precipitation, and lightning. An expert in applying ocean meteorological forecasting to offshore renewable energy, disaster prevention and mitigation, hydropower generation, maritime navigation, aviation, and smart city development.
