海洋科学学院举办第五届“海纳百川”模拟国际学术论坛暨粤港澳台大学生海洋学术交流活动

2020年12月6日，中山大学第五届“海纳百川”模拟国际学术论坛暨粤港澳台大学生海洋学术交流活动在珠海校区伍舜德学术交流中心举行。我院王东晓院长、苏明副院长、廖喜扬副书记及赵俊教授、刘维亮教授、罗一鸣教授等18位专家评委出席了活动，来自香港科技大学、香港城市大学、澳门科技大学、中山大学大气科学学院、地球科学与工程学院、海洋工程与技术学院、生命科学学院及海洋科学学院140余名研究生以及本科生参与本次活动。

首先，海洋科学学院党委副书记廖喜扬致开幕辞，他对参加本次活动的报告人、专家评委、学院研究生会及志愿者表示热烈的欢迎和衷心的感谢，对该活动的意义、历年举办情况、规模、影响和今年的组织情况进行介绍，并指出本次活动获得了学校国际交流与合作处的支持，欢迎来自港澳台地区海洋学子通过网络远程的方式参与本次活动，希望同学们可以借此平台开展广泛深入的学术交流。

随后，王东晓院长做题为 “New progresses about the South China Sea regional oceanography”的大会专家报告，从研究背景、南海上层环流年际变化、南海次表层盐度长期变化趋势和研究前景四个方面切入，就南海表层环流和次表层盐度变化及其机制展开了系统的阐述，介绍了中国南海海洋学研究的最新进展，并指出了未来在南海北部多尺度动力过程和南海中、深层环流方面开展合作研究的意义。

王东晓院长还作了海洋科学学院“十四五”事业发展规划报告，回顾了过去五年海洋科学学院发展概况，并从总体目标、党建工作、学科建设、师资队伍、人才培养、科学研究、国际合作等多方面与大家共同展望了海洋科学学院未来五年的美好愿景。

接着，朱磊、李亚丽、张弯弯、刘姗等4位博士后分别围绕多源河口泥沙输移时间尺度研究、南海珊瑚礁生态系统多环芳烃污染现状及食物链传递特征、海水青鳉蛋白HSP90ab1对病毒内化作用、南极半岛北部冰川海底地貌等研究领域作专题报告，向同学们展示了博士后的风采。期间，专家学者与报告人进行了热烈交流。

提问交流环节

下午，论坛进入分论坛报告环节。经过初审进入大会报告的30位口头报告人和20位展板报告人就研究成果进行展示，专家评委就研究意义、具体方法和创新性等方面进行提问和讨论，现场气氛热烈。

展板报告环节

随后，姚凤朝副教授、谢伟副教授、王牧骅副教授、刘姗博士后分别对“海洋动力与物质运输过程”“海洋环境与生态动力过程”“海洋生物资源和深海生物学”“海洋沉积过程与资源效应”四个分论坛的参赛选手进行了精彩的点评。评委们高度赞赏参赛选手的表现，同时提出以下几点建议：（1）明确研究目的，找准研究方向；（2）寻找合适的研究对象，准确记录取样位置，探索有效的方法，制定可行的方案；（3）试着举出更多例子，使报告更为详细全面，也利于观众更好理解；（4）用更多的数据和表格支撑研究结果，归纳出确切的结论；（5）尝试与他人探讨，进行分析与反思。

据悉，“海纳百川”模拟国际学术论坛由中山大学海洋科学学院主办、中山大学海洋科学学院研究生会承办，自2016年来已举办五届，面向全校涉海相关学科的研究生与本科生征文，旨在促进海洋科学的学科交流与发展，发扬“学在中大，追求卓越”的精神，培养德才兼备、富有领袖气质和家国情怀的海洋卓越人才。本届会议以“方圆‘海’里——多元视角下探索深蓝的奥秘”为主题，以海洋动力与物质运输过程、海洋沉积过程与资源效应、海洋环境和生态动力过程、海洋生物资源与深海生物学等为分论坛关键词，共收到包括大气科学学院、海洋工程与技术学院、地球科学与工程学院、物理与天文学院、地理科学与规划学院、生命科学学院及我院在内等43份口头报告、37份展板报告报名。经组织专家初审，共遴选出29份口头报告、20份展板报告进入大会报告。与此同时，还有来自香港科技大学、香港城市大学、澳门科技大学等学校的同学通过远程会议方式参与交流。
