研究方向

以海洋或者陆生微生物为研究对象,进行海洋微生物的分离鉴定、活性次生代谢产物的天然发现、生物合成和结构改造等方面的研究工作,探索结构新颖、活性独特的微生物次生代谢产物的生物合成途径,以及新颖生物合成酶的反应机制及其在天然药物结构多样化方面的应用。

      中国科学院南海海洋研究所,责任研究员,中国科学院海洋微生物研究中心常务副主任,中国科学院海洋生物资源可持续利用重点实验室副主任。目前主持国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)课题1项,国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,青年科学基金2项,中国博士后基金2项,中国科学院知识创新工程重要方向性项目和重点项目多项。中国微生物学会海洋微生物学专业委员会委员;美国科学促进会会员;美国化学会会员;《Journal of Basic Microbiology》、《Journal of Biotechnology》审稿人和《中国化学快报》审稿人。2011年在微生物生理与生物化学领域获得国家杰出青年科学基金资助。
